Thai Massage

Thai Massage has been part of my life since 2003 when I did my first massage course in Thailand. Shortly after that I studied Thai Massage extensively with Kira Balaskas who in 1993 founded the first Thai Massage school in London.  Kira studied extensively with Asokananda who was a German Buddhist monk living in Thailand.

Over time I became to love also oil massage. For me the combination of Thai, Oil and Acupressure makes the perfect massage. The massage is energising but yet soothing and relaxing at the same time.

In this northern style of Thai Massage about 75% of the energy balance comes by applying acupressure on all leg energy lines. More than often people feel relaxed after the first 20 minutes and are able to simply let go or on a deeper level even letting go of painful emotions if the readiness is there.

So this massage is great if you just want some relaxation and be compassionate towards yourself or/and if you want to get more energy and flexibility.  If you think you might be in a stage in your life where you are able to let go of old emotions then this massage can also help.
